It would be nice to have a button to click which will send a message when we have problems downloading work units. My PC is going idle because I keep getting the message "No Work From Project" but 81 is ready to be sent.

If 81 is all the server status page is showing then the server is out of work. It takes less time to go through that few task than it does for the page to update.
