CCleaner - safe to use this- or will data be lost ?

I use CCleaner to clear temporary internet files etc from my PC & wonder if any data might be lost when I do this?

I have been using CC cleaner for about 2 years, and have had no problems with BOINC. Thinks you should have no worries.

I've used it regularly with BOINC too - no problems.
