I'm a bit confused here. This WU was cancelled by the project, but completed fine on my end. Showing up in my results list with a credit status of pending, but with errors "cancelled" Also the max # of error/total/success results are 2, 3, 1, and I'm the only one that has run it. So...??? Has some work be cancelled?

I'm seeing the same thing for WUs:

https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=12023676
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=12002192
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=11965631

I've got two more within minutes of completion so I haven't aborted them. I checked the rest of my list and I don't have any more (yet). I have the same question since no notice was given for this.

I see both of us have received credit for the cancelled WU's. Thank you.

Thanks for the credits, but what happened? Validator go nuts or was the work acutally cancelled?

This one is kind of different. (don't know where else to report, sorry)
Reported the WU in time for the deadline, yet it states:
Validate state Result was reported too late to validate
--->
no points

If you look at the work unit page for that unit, you will see that 4.82 wu had been cancelled. This lead to the "too late to validate" message.

Yes I saw that, but didn't know that it would not give any credit then. Thanks anyway.

I can't speak to that, I was just pointing out what I saw. I know that you won't get credit via the automatic process, but that doesn't mean they won't write a script or do it manually.

good luck

tony
