When I check my results page I find this record:

What it is weird is that this work unit was skipped over and is not being processed by machines as my results page show a list of work units that wee downloaded after March 31 that have been downloaded into my computer and have been processed and reported as complete.

I wonder what would have caused that unit to be skipped and what I have to do to prod my computer or the powers that be to get that work unit to be processed?

It appears as though you have two systems. When I look at the results for the systems they look normal except that one of them has not contacted the server since 31/3/06. Since the systems look identical, it is possible that one of them is not a real computer (a so called "Ghost" machine).

There is no way to force processing of a Work Unit that is not in your BOINC queue.

If you only have one system attached to the project, then you may have a Ghost system. The only way to fix this is by "Merging" the two computers. At this time the "Merge" function has been temporarily disabled, so you will not be able to fix it at this time. In the next few weeks the function should be available again. When it is you can merge the systems and that should fix the problem.

You may still show a few Work Units as not completed, but they are of no consequence, and you need not worry about them.
