Hello, while trying to connect a new computer to rosetta, i'm getting this message : [https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/] Scheduler request to https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta_cgi/cgi failed with a return value of 500 what does this value of 500 means ? somebody can help ? thanx ! Olivier |

from the wiki 500 Internal Server Error The Server experienced an internal error and could not process the request. This is a common error, it happens when your connection to the server is dropped for any number of reasons. It normally fixes itself with successive connection attempts, but not always. |

mmciastro is right on the money. When our server or one of it's slave servers is heavily loaded (say, when the backend data is being replicated, etc) you'll sometimes see cgi errors (scheduler errors). These events are typically short in duration and you shouldn't see the error again. We're in the process of securing even faster and more robust backend hardware to reduce/eliminate even these short hiccups. It's a work in progress.... |
