My rosetta@home client has been working on tasks until 25 June, when it stopped downloading. My other BOINC project is working just fine. I see there are tasks for rosetta@home listed on the project page. Does anyone know why the r@h tasks stopped downloading?

I'm running Ubuntu

It looks OK now. Did you just add your other project?
You won't get many Rosettas until the resource share is satisfied; it could take a few days.

There was an issue that creeped up a few weeks back with one of the SSL certificates or something related, which was causing downloads to get 'stuck' for older versions of BOINC. Easy fix was to update BOINC to the latest release. Perhaps give that a try if this is still an issue for you.

@Sid: The line after ‘Suspended via GUI’ says ‘no’, so that shouldn’t be the culprit. As Jim suggested, it’s more likely the resource share favouring the other project over Rosetta.

Thanks Sid.

I actually had the other project (Milkyway@home) suspended while R@H was running because I was attempting only to allow COVID 19 crunching. So the other project was suspended when I noticed this problem.

Since I'm also a Linux sys admin for my day job, I decided to simply remove R@H completely and then re-subscribe. That seemed to do the trick and I'm crunching again after the R@H client and work tasks re-downloaded.

I'm going to leave milkyway disabled again and just crunch for R@H while covid 19 is still out there. Albeit, only on a laptop, but better than nothing at all. :)

Greetings from USA!

Ok, I didn't know if the different lines were connected - I assumed each was independent.
I'm not familiar with that layout at all

I'm not familiar with that layout at all
It’s the content of the project properties dialog (Advanced view > Projects tab > Properties button), which gets laid out in the UI as an HTML table but which gets copied to the clipboard as plain text with each cell on its own line. As you’ve observed, it’s not very readable like that…

Ha! I've never looked at that page.
Not entirely sure what it's telling me of any use either
