I believe this question was asked before, but I can't seem to find an answer: Is there an optimum
TCR that is suggested for Rosetta and especially for CASP7? If this has been answered before, my apologies. Thanks.....Rog.

Above is a link to the FAQ that explains this. If you have any further questions, I probably will not be able to answer them but I am sure someone else here will! Sorry I could not get BBC code to work.

Correct. 8 hours is the recommendation. On a dedicated system you might even go to 10, as long as you are running smoothly.

Been running 12 hours on two dedicated systems with no problems! I think the determining factor is how patient are you before you want to send in a result. 12 hours works right now for me. :)

i've been using 16 hours and haven't had an error for the past couple of weeks on any of my 3 computers (seems like most of the bugs are out) --- i use 12 hours on ralph. i'll only drop to 8 hours if the deadlines are shortened to a few days or so.
