Yes, I think you can let it run. My t299 wu is at 42% after 10 hours: These CASP7 Wus are huge !! I even think I'm going to have a problem with the deadlines...:o( Arnaud |

Let it run. The % complete is not really very accurate. The major adjustment to it is performed at the end of a model. You will probably complete that model and see it zoom to 100%. No worries. It also depends on your WU runtime preference. Say you crunch with a 24hr preference and it takes 5 hrs to complete that first model... at that point it will recompute the % complete and show you are roughly 20% complete. The % complete will jump by roughly 20% for each model you complete. Not intuitive, but it's not indicative of any specific problem. As long as the "steps" keep incrementing, things should be fine. There is also code built in to R@H and BOINC to assure that if something is going wrong, it will terminate the work unit for you. So, in general, DON'T ABORT WUs. Add this signature to your EMail: Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might! https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ |
