The message doesn't tell me what the url of the upload location is so I can't update my firewall.

the address is https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta_cgi/cgi

Just because of interest: what do you need that address for? I thought the only thing you needed to know to set up a firewall is rules that define which applications may use which ports to communicate by which way.
