Since larger computer systems (or complexes) require ongoing maintenance and reboots, I was trying to find the option on the boinc manager to toggle auto-start for the app. There is that option on the initial boinc manager install, but not later. Anyone know if it's there, and handy? Otherwise will try: - suspend boinc - reinstall boinc - accept autostart |

(also assuming you know somehting about it as you're admin ;-) If it's a service you just enable and disable the service. If it not a service then you just drag a short cut to boinc manager in the startup folder. Team mauisun.org |

Your answer certainly works for Windows. Not sure if it helps with Linux or Mac, but probably gets them started at least. Keep "clucking" away, & thanks again. |

Many of us don't have accounts set up on the proper boards for making suggestions for improvements to Rosetta or BOINC. If you don't have an account on Ralph or Boinc, don't feel like setting one up, then post here. One of the helpful fellow Rosetta folks will probably relay your suggestion, by posting a link to your message to the right thread. http://ralph.bakerlab.org/forum_forum.php?id=12 Feedback This looks like the intented spot for suggestions. http://ralph.bakerlab.org/forum_forum.php?id=13 Current Tests It looks like people are posting suggestions here, too. http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dev/ Boinc You need to select which aspect of Boinc you're recommending changes.
