Same here!! Hey mods, any info on this prob. The last prob. was the XML updates which didn't happen for 4 days, info was posted after the prob was fixed. Any chance of a heads up BEFORE the fix, so at least we know what's going on?
Thanks

Hi,

guess this doesn't belong right here but, as you will see, I got no chance to post it where it belongs..

In the last couple of days RALPH is totally unreachable: can't report WU that were already uploaded, cant upload newly finished WUs, cant' fetch scheduler list, can't access website itself...

Any idea about what's going on and how long this will last?

Bye

I got the exact same error messages.
I am unable to send completed WUs from all my hosts.

Unless this problem is fixed soon, I'll temporarily switching my hosts over to other projects.

If anyone know when this shared memory problem is fixed, please announce it ASAA.

Thanks.

See this thread.

How come RALPH users are having the same problems as us Rosetta crunchers? Are the two projects on the same servers, by any chance? And are the servers down,by any chance?

Ralph was offline for a half day before any Rosetta problems came up. Ralph is completely down, Rosetta is functional except for the scheduler. They aren't the same problem.

Please continue to post any issues/bugs with the web site and scheduler here. We had to do another update of the site and scheduler so please keep a lookout for problems.

thanks!

It seems to have lost track of exactly which threads I've already viewed and which I have not. Apparently random threads that haven't changed in a year and showing as unread.

in the cafe, the moderators contact thread, the status indicates a change to that thread 1 hour ago. however the date of the last post was something like november 25. was there an edit there? I don't see anything missing since I last looked at that thread. virtual beer was the last thing mentioned in there prior to the crash.
