I don't think that's a bug with the php code calculating the RAC... looks like this team is set up incorrectly. Boincstats reports that boinc@hull has '0 members'. I guess that's where the problem comes from. Bizarely, the team do have one active member, as you can see on this page. Team CFVault.com http://www.cfvault.com |

Yeah...... i still haven't figured out why our team shows 16 members returning results.....but only shows 12 members at the top of the page. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/team_display.php?teamid=593 Would like to clear that up if possible.... I just don't know what to do to clear it up ;) Vist http://usalug.org https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/team_display.php?teamid=593 |

Hope your not running it on the University Computers ;) er.... that would be telling, but since I have to fix 2 of the computers as the lecturers don't have enough time and we're not telling computer services we have them, then guess what else is going on them :D Advantages of being an MSc student (over in Physics...) Hope your not running it on the University Computers ;) I'm trying to get hold of some of the computers in the basement of the chemistry building. Unfortunately most have been registered with comp services and they want to decommision them. Our computer lecturer recons there is at least one or two which escaped through their net. Heh I know that comp services would refuse outright to run boinc as a service installation around the campus. 'Too much of a security threat'... psh.... We in the computer society had a rough time allowing them to let the uni network onto the ComSoc's IRC channel. Just a thought, but if we were able to set up a BOINC/Seti society in the union, what's the possibility of the union giving us some money to 'acquire' machines? |

Our campus has done fairly well in deploying boinc on our lab computers. The 'Catalyst' user for R@H is comprised of around 1000 computers around campus managed by the university. Their output is relatively low, I believe the software used to keep them free of ad/spyware also deletes the output files from Boinc. . so results are only returned if the machine isn't used for several hours. |
