All the jobs that were showing as 0 points have vanished and none of the jobs match between the two lists.
EDIT:
Anyone have any ideas about what would be the cause of this?

You're somehow looking at two different computers... the first list is computer 80444 and the second is 80726. Both are still there.

I looked at https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=2664590, one of the zero-credit ones, and it is indeed odd. There are errors in the output that make it look like you have "leave applications in memory" set to "no", so it's failing when switched out - but then it picks up again with the next random seed and completes, and gets called "valid". But you _claimed_ zero credits, so that's what you got...

My guess (at least for this one, didn't look at others) is that it SHOULD have been declared invalid and gotten no credit due to the errors. So I think there are two problems - you're erroring out results on your end, and the validator isn't catching it on the project end.

This is the only project that is run on that pc but all the pc's are set to Leave applications in memory while preempted? yes
(suspended applications will consume swap space if 'yes')
