Isn't this strange: since the 4.81 client some of the wu's doesn't communicate cpu time anymore and so there is no claimed credit. example: 1n0u__topology_sample_207_5693_0 It crunched for almost 2 hours, finished and was uploaded. The resultpage shows success. Valid, but it reported 0 sec. cpu time???? Since the 4.81 client I got 4 results with no cpu time/claimed credit (Result ID 4468749, 4422076, 3452653 and 2244792. 7 wu's errored out in seconds and 3 wu's however reported the correct cpu time/claimed credit. An observation only... Can't explain the 2 hours crunch time, however all these WUs have a granted credit of 0.001, 3 decimal places. The other web screens only show 2 decimal places so I suspect the 1 is truncated. |

I believe that there are some known problems with Windows 98 reporting CPU time correctly to BOINC. This is why Windows 2000 is the oldest Windows OS platform that is officially supported. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_requirements.php |

I didn't know that... Well, I think it's time for a new OS then. |
