As Mod said, though there is also one for Einstien.

More here
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php?platform=mac&version=5.4.3&type=mac_advanced

Solution is to use an older, none 5.4 series boinc client. That should then use the PPC version in emulation.

OR SO I am lead to beleive.... it may be more involved than that (or not possible)

Is there any new news on this? Also, if there was, where would it be posted? That way I don't have to keep bugging people by asking over and over.

Thanks,
Erik

A version of Rosetta for the INTEL Mac is NOW available for testing on the RALPH Project. If you have an INTEL Mac, and are willing to help in the development and testing of the Mac INTEL version of Rosetta, please attach to Ralph and run the new application.

It is running okay on my iMac Core Duo along with Seti and Einstein as intel-native. I am getting results of around 21000 CPUsec. per WU. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/results.php?userid=85245 Is this good, bad, average?

It is not possible to tell. The run time for a work unit is user adjustable. We would need to compare it to another system with the same time setting.[color]

Yes, there is news! Rosetta supports Intel Macs since last weekend. No severe problems on my Mac Mini Core Duo...
