Running a mac, tasks stopped coming in about a week ago with a message saying "Virtual Box not installed" but no information on how to rectify the problem. There doesn't appear to be any fix on the message boards, so, guess its time to delete BOINC from my computer. It was a good run. See ya all later. |

Did you not just think about installing Virtual Box from the Boinc download page? |

Go to https://www.virtualbox.org/ and download the VBOX app and install. Then you can run the new Rosetta Python work units. |

Thanks. I downloaded the Mac version of VirtualBox, but it won't run on my new Mac, which has Apple Silicon. Maybe they'll make a version for that someday. Until then, I probably won't be able to get any Rosetta work units. |

I guess I'm going to have to give up on Rosetta@home, too. The download page for VirtualBox doesn't seem to have a mac version. Too bad. I was up to almost 2.5 million units done. |
