BOINC only thinks it is allowed to use 1.0 MB. One of your preferences is limiting the amount available too much. There should be 3, max available, min to leave free, and max % available.

This is the settings for the computer.

Use no more than 0.05 GB disk space
Leave at least 0.001 GB disk space free
Use no more than 15% of total disk space
Write to disk at most every 60 seconds
Use no more than 75% of total virtual memory

This is the result

Your are only allowing 50meg for Rosetta to run and you need at least a gig in my opinion, because some WUs are large, some you need to set the amount to 1.5 gig or maybe 2 gig

Try this

Use no more than 1.5 GB disk space
Leave at least 0.001 GB disk space free
Use no more than 75% of total disk space
Write to disk at most every 60 seconds
Use no more than 75% of total virtual memory
