permanent restarting

It works fine as long as I don't interupt it. If I do so, the next time I start it, it will begin at 0% again. Does somebody know that problem and can help me with that? This in set in the General Preferences. That way you only lose a little work when you completed end BOINC or shut off your computer. Once a model is completed or a checkpoint is reached, the work is preserved as well. The current priority for the next release of Rosetta is to improve the checkpointing so that work is preserved more frequently that it does presently. The change to the setting only takes effect after your BOINC client updates to the project. You should see a message in the messages tab confirming that new general preferences were loaded.
