how to report completed task?

There was one Rosetta task I have completed and "ready to report" but it does not upload. I have tried restart the Boinc even the PC. The completed task has been there a few days since completion. It also appears you probably don't have your computer running all the time. BOINC is trying to learn how often your computer will be running and download the appropriate amount of work for you.
