I realize you had a nightmare on your hands. How long before your system will take the finished work. I have tried to report 2 finished data that was processed and will have a 3rd in a short while. I receive new work fine but when it's finished it isn't being processed on your end. Please advise.

By now, if your machine has a full-time internet connection, I'll bet things are back to normal. BOINC reestablishes it's scheduled time to connect. So it is possible for it to wait several hours before trying again on its own. This helps the project servers get back up and running after downtime such as this, by spreading out over time when hosts try to connect.
