How does your research advance from the protein folded by the users? Is this project based on BOINC (bossa and bolt) or does it run on specific/proprietary software? Hi Manuel I'm sure if you get a better score (lower energy) than rosetta has found then the lab will take note! I don't know how well human folders stand up to brute force computing but there's something in DB's journal about it. It's not BOINC based - it's a standalone application.
