How can I use rosseta to predict my own protein structure?I've got the primary structure of the protein. Thank you!

"Rosetta" is the structure prediction software, these message boards are for "Rosetta@home" which is used to process tasks related to making improvements in that software. So, the short answer is "you can't" use Rosetta@home to make predictions for your own proteins. If you have a license to the Rosetta software, then you should follow the channels for support of it.
