1% completion problems

I estimated it will end after the deadline, so I aborted it. the next job (_219_) I downloaded... it started, displayed immediately 1%, and started to increase at the same rate both "cpu time" and "to completion", exactly what was doing the previous work I just aborted. ok, another "abort".... how can we DISTINGUISH "real" 1% (GOOD WORK)and "FAKE" 1% work ?
