I signed up to Rosetta a day or so ago, but currently have no work units. The messages section in BOINC says "28/09/2005 19:09:55|rosetta@home|Sending scheduler request to https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta_cgi/cgi" "28/09/2005 19:09:55|rosetta@home|Requesting 0 seconds of work, returning 0 results" It keeps doing this when I click Update. I am also running Seti, Einstein and ProteinPredictor; all of which work fine. WinXP Pro, V4.45BOINC Transfer window is empty. I have also tried to detach and reattach the project, but still to no avail. Any ideas anyone? Thanks, Ian |

A request for 0 second of work means one of three things: The computer has too much work on hand already to meet deadlines reliably. The project has enough work on hand, and the computer is not desperate for work. The project has used too much CPU time for its resource share recently and is blocked from requesting more for a while. In all of these cases, the best thing to do is to leave it alone, and it will fetch more work when it is ready. "JM7" 4.45 had a bug where work that was completed and not reported yet (still in the list) was counted as in progress (and sometimes would prevent work download). If this occurs, force a report of the work in question, and the problem should be fixed. This particular bug is supposed to be fixed in 4.72 and later. Try lowering your connect to time......
